Job summary

CMCSB is seeking a Part-Time Residential Technician at Cumberland Mountain Home. You will supervise residents, provide personal care, plan activities, and maintain records to support program goals.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, transportation to appointments, medication assistance, and training new staff. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand the special training needs of intellectually disabled individuals.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and to travel as needed.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and provide personal care and assistance as needed.
• Coordinate daily schedules and activities for residents and maintain records.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities; assist with meals and household duties.
