• First Aid/CPR certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of residential community home staff.
• Oversee care for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Assist with caregiving duties as needed.
• Document fire drills, client progress notes, and medication administration.
