Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Direct Care Supervisor to oversee a Residential Group Home in the Kittanning, PA area. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality care for individuals with special needs within a 7:00am–3:00pm daytime schedule. On-call duties are required.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED with 3 years in human services or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and required certifications within 6 months of hire.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in human services/direct care roles.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Medication Administration Certification within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 6 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Residential Community Living home.
• Direct supervision of community home staff; scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversight of care provided to individuals with special needs; assist with caregiving duties.
• Maintain documentation (fire drills, client progress notes, medication administration).
