Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Residential Supervisor in Freedom, NH to oversee day-to-day activities and coordinate staff for individuals receiving support. You will ensure safety, compliance, and quality of care in a community-based setting.

The role supports residents with brain and medically complex needs on a Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities for full-time or part-time shifts and a focus on teamwork and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operation and schedules for Direct Care Staff.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
