Qualifications

• Must successfully complete CMA certification training and receive CMA certificate within one year of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily training programs for community home residents.
• Maintain community home in good condition.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, equipment, and facility.
• Perform direct care at the level needed by each resident.
• Adhere to STARC policies and regulatory standards.
• May be required to transport clients.
