Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation seeks an Assistant Residence Director to support daily operations for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role blends hands-on care, staff leadership, and program coordination to maintain a safe, person-centered living environment.

Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, assist with scheduling, and ensure regulatory compliance and meaningful community engagement for all participants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
• Valid driver’s license (Class C or D1).
• 3 years of related experience in residential services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in daily living.
• Assist with ISPs, health care plans, and behavior plans as required.
• Supervise, train, and coach staff; model best practices.
• Oversee daily residence operations, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ensure safety, HIPAA compliance, and incident reporting.
• Monitor budgets, supplies, and participant funds as needed.
