Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with participants, families, staff, medical providers, and community partners.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and coordination in assigned residential homes.
• Coordinate participant care, scheduling, and service plan implementation.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and assist with staff training.
• Ensure medications are administered, documented, and stored per policy.
• Maintain participant records and confidentiality per HIPAA and agency standards.
• Collaborate with QIDP, Administrator, and management as needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in safety checks and inspections.
