Job summary

Hope Network in Lowell, MA is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered support in residential and rehabilitation programs. You will help individuals develop daily living skills, stay healthy, and participate in their communities with dignity and independence.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training, paid time off, benefits, and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with people with disabilities, mental health needs, or caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals as needed.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities
