Job summary

Northeast Arc is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support five women in a Lowell Street home in Peabody/Lowell. You will help with daily living activities, community engagement, and individualized supports within a residential setting.

CPR, FA, and MAP Certification are required; valid driver’s license is also required. Compensation ranges from $24.50 to $25.50 per hour, with experience and certifications affecting placement.

Qualifications

• Direct care and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to promote independence and community engagement.
• Accurate documentation of care and health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and individualized supports to adults with I/DD
• Promote independence, community engagement, and meaningful life experiences
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration
• Support medical appointments and health-related needs
• Maintain a safe, supportive home environment and accurate records
