Piedmont Community Services is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to assist adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. The role involves helping with daily living activities, personal care, social support, and transportation to trainings and meetings within the community.

A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required. Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; experience in human services is preferred.

• Basic computer skills and ability to document.
• Experience with ID/DD individuals and CNA is a plus.
