• Residential construction or manufactured-housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise manufactured-home drawings using CAD software.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, framing plans, and construction details.
• Develop drawings for structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and production needs.
• Review plans for measurements, materials, and construction details.
• Coordinate with engineers, purchasing, and production to ensure plans meet requirements.
• Maintain drawing records and revision dates; release plans to production.
