Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience drafting residential construction documents in AutoCAD Architecture.
• Strong understanding of wood-framed residential construction and production drafting workflows.
• Ability to interpret and follow architectural markups, sketches, and builder standards.
• Familiarity with IRC, local building codes, and permitting requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades
