Job summary

Legacy Group Capital in Bellevue, WA is seeking a CAD Drafter / Architectural Designer to support acquisitions and in-house architecture teams on residential projects across the Seattle/Eastside market.

You will prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations, and feasibility studies, coordinating with engineers and consultants while ensuring zoning constraints and permitting workflows are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with acquisitions team to quickly evaluate project feasibility and development potential
• Prepare and revise CAD drawings, site plans, floor plans, elevations, and feasibility studies
• Assist acquisitions team with yield studies and preliminary site planning during due diligence
• Produce zoning analysis diagrams including setbacks, FAR, lot coverage, parking, height, and access studies
• Coordinate with internal development team, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, and consultants
• Support permit submittals and drawing updates for SFR, DADU, cottage housing, townhome, and small multifamily projects
• Review survey, utility, and topographic information for project constraints and opportunities
