• Live within 30 miles of the office.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade and repair cable products.
• Service and troubleshoot cable products.
• Handle customer questions and develop solutions.
• Complete work orders and obtain signatures for billing.
• Ensure installation work meets quality standards.
• Report to dispatch per company procedures.
• Assist with overflow and follow safety policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
