Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred; licensure may be required.
• High School Diploma required; degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents under direction and report unusual changes.
• Facilitate mentoring, discipline, safety and overnight observation.
• Complete support documentation and share information as required.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate and ensure safety.
• Implement behavioral/level system where applicable.
• Participate in 24/7 coverage with flexible schedule and on-time attendance.
• Transport residents to work, school or meetings as required.
• Document incidents accurately in the WestCare system.
• Embrace WestCare mission and uphold ethical standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
