Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, in Stockbridge, GA, invites applications for Behavioral Health Technicians at Recovery Village South Atlanta (RVSA). The role provides direct care in a residential setting, supports safety, recovery, and engagement, and collaborates with clinical and nursing teams.

The BHT will monitor patient wellbeing, assist with daily routines, take vitals, document accurately, and help maintain program rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred with 1 year BHT or related care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and enforce facility program rules in a professional manner.
• Communicate patient behavior with supervisor and clinical team.
• Address problem behaviors via verbal de-escalation and follow procedures.
• Assist nurses during intake and take vital signs and weights.
• Maintain clinical records securely and ensure timely documentation.
• Work as part of a team to support ongoing patient recovery.
