The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides direct care and support to patients in a residential behavioral health setting. BHTs promote safety, recovery, and engagement by monitoring patient well‑being, facilitating daily routines, and assisting the clinical and nursing teams in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care. Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:
