Nexus Neurorecovery Center in San Antonio seeks compassionate Mental Health Technicians to support adolescent females in a specialized residential setting. You will provide direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support under licensed staff to ensure safety and progress toward treatment goals.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, crisis de-escalation, and documentation in the electronic health record. Prior behavioral health exposure and CPR/First Aid training are valued.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or human services desired.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required within 30 days.
