Job summary

Better Half of Me Behavioral Wellness LLC is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician to work on-site in the Greater Phoenix Area. You will support adult residents, monitor behaviors, and help implement individualized behavioral health plans in a structured, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

Experience in residential, behavioral health, or mental health settings is preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
Foundational understanding of psychology to support recovery.
Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support adult residents in daily routines and assist with implementing individualized behavioral health plans.
Monitor behaviors, document observations, and respond to crises using approved interventions.
Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to support progress toward treatment goals.
Maintain a safe, dignified environment and uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries.
