Dickinson Center, Inc. in Brookville, PA is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician for the Long Term Structured Residential Facility.

This full-time role (40 hours) offers direct resident support, supervision, and guidance to develop daily living and social skills, as well as behavior management. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, documenting progress toward goals, and coordination with care staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6 months mental health training or experience.
• High school diploma with 12 college credit hours in a mental health field.
• Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to residents.
• Assist with daily living skills, social skills and behavior management.
• Document behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Crisis intervention when needed and reporting.
