Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Saratoga Springs, UT is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting. You will provide hands-on care, lead routines and group activities, and collaborate with therapists to implement structured programming.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, valid driver’s license, ability to pass a Utah background check, and a commitment of at least 8 months; Food Handler’s Permit before

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a Utah State background check.
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before the first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents
• Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming
• Support the development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation
• Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain a safe, structured, trauma‑informed environment
• Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans
• Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership
• Use safe verbal de‑escalation and physical intervention skills when needed
