Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis is seeking a Supervisor for the Adult Residential SUD Program at Riverside Campus to lead day-to-day operations, ensure safe, person-centered care, and advance the program's mission.

You will supervise staff, hire, onboard, coach, and manage performance, coordinate workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• M.A./M.S. dual licensed in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy and licensed as an LADC.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health and addiction services.
• BLS certification; licensure options include LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of frontline staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate daily workflows to ensure efficiency, safety, and consistency of care.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and a recovery‑oriented environment.
• Provide oversight of evening therapeutic interactions and support clinical staff.
