CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to coordinate residential treatment admissions and referrals for members requiring out-of-home services. You will liaise between utilization management teams, residential facilities, care management, and external partners to ensure timely access to quality treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across provider networks

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system, behavioral health network operations, and community-based treatment resources.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within Arizona.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment across multiple levels of care.
• Identify the most clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support the member's treatment goals.
• Manage the residential referral process, including distribution of referrals, tracking provider responses, and documenting facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information for facility reviews.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care and minimize delays in treatment facility.
• Serve as a primary contact for residential treatment providers, behavioral health homes, and internal stakeholders.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
