Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to coordinate admissions for out-of-home behavioral health services. You will liaise with utilization management teams, residential providers, care management staff, and external partners to ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships across provider networks and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system and network operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for out-of-home services across levels of care.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referrals, track provider responses, and document facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers, and partners for timely information submission.
• Monitor timelines to minimize delays and respond to disruptions with alternative options.
• Present member cases in utilization management rounds and support team discussions.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and compliance with policies.
