Wedgwood Christian Services seeks a Behavior Technician for the VanderArk B Program in a residential setting in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on implementing ABA-based behavioral interventions for girls aged 12–17 under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, support skill acquisition, and ensure trauma-informed care while collaborating with the treatment team and home supervisor.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required or obtainable through Wedgwood
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong data tracking and record-keeping skills preferred
• Align with Wedgwood’s faith, values and mission

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior support and skill acquisition protocols under supervising BCBA.
• Conduct tolerance training and functional communication training.
• Apply natural environment teaching within daily routines and activities.
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data per treatment plans.
• Use reinforcement strategies effectively to support engagement and skill development.
• Coordinate with program therapists and home supervisor on progress.
