Job summary

Phoenix Systems in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Audio/Video & Security System installation technician. The role supports projects between Greenville and Atlanta and reports to the Alpharetta, GA office.

Starting salary range is $22.00 to $26.00/hour, depending on experience and certifications, with an anticipated start date of September 28, 2026. Candidates should reside in or around Greenville and be self-motivated, personable, and committed to world-class service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Security/AV Installations required.
• Understand security systems operation, functions, and wiring requirements.
• Must work cleanly and unobtrusively and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to clear background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Performs service, installation, and activation of security systems and AV components.
• Rough-in and trim work on houses still under construction.
• Identify and repair security system malfunctions and false alarms.
• Troubleshoot wiring for Phone/Data/Intercom/Security/Networks and cameras.
• Install and train homeowners on AV component packages.
• Handle after-hours emergency service calls as assigned.
