Job summary

Phoenix Systems in South Carolina is seeking an experienced Audio/Video installation technician to join our growing team. The role will support Myrtle Beach, Charleston, and surrounding areas and reports to the Charleston office.

Responsibilities include installing security and AV systems, wiring, training homeowners, and providing world‑class service to high‑end clients. Starting wage is $22–$26 per hour with full time hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security and audio/video installations.
• Ability to wire and install systems from pre-wire to final setup.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate security and AV systems, speakers, TV mounts, shades, and remote controls.
• Troubleshoot wiring and security system malfunctions.
• Configure routers, switches, DVRs, and network components.
• Provide system operation training to homeowners.
• Support after-hours service on a rotation basis.
