Job summary

Phoenix Systems seeks an experienced Audio/Video & Security System installation technician to join us in Greenville, SC. This role supports business between Greenville, SC and Atlanta, GA, reporting to the Alpharetta office.

Candidates should reside in or around Greenville and are passionate about residential smart home automation, home theaters, security, networking, and excellent customer service for high-end clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Security/AV Installations.
• Knowledge of security systems operation, functions, and wiring requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering customer service.
• Must be able to clear a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and activate security systems, surround sound systems, and AV components.
• Perform rough-in and trim work on houses under construction.
• Troubleshoot wiring and security system malfunctions and false alarms.
• Provide instruction/training to customers on system operation.
