Prader-Willi Homes is seeking a compassionate Assistant Program Manager to oversee daily operations of residential programs and lead DSP teams. You will ensure person-centered care, supervise staff, and coordinate with the program team to maintain high-quality services.

The role combines hands-on care with staff development and operational oversight in a structured environment, supporting growth and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position across multiple Wisconsin locations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or in residential settings.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to implement approved physical intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily care routines, ISPs, and TBPs implementation.
  • Ensure medication administration, hygiene, and nutrition protocols are followed.
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Direct Support Professionals.
  • Lead training, onboarding, and reinforce care protocols.
  • Manage scheduling, coverage, and program safety; complete daily logs and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager; attend ISP and medication review meetings.
