Job summary

The King’s Daughters’ School in Columbia, TN is seeking an overnight caregiver to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients with developmental disabilities. The role supports a clean, welcoming home environment and a respectful, goal‑oriented daily routine.

Part-time 3rd shift (10pm–8am, Fri/Sat nights) with PRN opportunities. No experience required; training available. Must pass screenings, TB test, and a work physical upon hire. Drug screen and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions).
• Dependable—consistent routine is important for our clients.
• Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire.

Current shifts available

• Part-time 3rd shift-10pm-8am (fri and sat night)
• PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate care and support for clients with intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem! We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.
