Job summary

The King’s Daughters’ School in Columbia, TN is seeking a Direct Support Professional for overnight care. The role supports clients ages 7-22 with autism in a safe, caring environment, working 3 nights per week on a rotating 7 PM to 7 AM schedule.

You will monitor residents, assist with daily routines, follow nightly checklists, and help with waking and preparing for the day while maintaining a drug-free workplace. We prefer candidates with some background, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical stamina (you'll be active, not stuck in a chair).
• Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions).
• Dependable— a consistent routine is important for our clients.
• Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire.
