Job summary

The King’s Daughters’ School in Columbia, TN is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support clients aged 7–22 with autism in a safe, caring environment.

You will work full-time days (7am–7pm), 3 days per week with rotating days. The role emphasizes physical activity, daily living support, and a warm, home-like setting to empower clients while maintaining a reliable routine.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical stamina; you will be active.
• Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions).
• Dependable— a consistent routine is important for our clients.
• Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire.

Current shifts available

• Full-time days-7am-7pm (3 days per week, days rotate weekly)
• PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary
