Job summary

Hassler Heating And Air Conditioning LLC in California is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to support the installation team on residential and commercial projects. You will prepare materials, assist with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and keep the job site safe and organized.

You will measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, carry tools, load and unload materials, and follow directions from the Lead Installer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing HVAC equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
• Help measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, piping, and components.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles; transport to job site.

Job Title: HVAC Install HelperPosition SummaryThe HVAC Install Helper supports the installation team in setting up heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential or commercial buildings. This role assists the Lead Installer with preparing materials, assembling components, handling tools, transporting equipment, and ensuring the job site remains safe and organized.
