Job summary

Black Bear Lodge, part of Foundations Recovery Network (FRN), located in the forested hills of northern Georgia, seeks a Residential Assistant to support a 144-bed treatment center. You will perform wellness checks, document treatment events, ensure safety, and assist with intakes and patient transportation, working with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred) and a valid driver’s license.

• Valid Driver's License with trustworthy driving history.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular wellness checks on patients.
• Charts significant events regarding patient treatment.
• Performs ground and room safety checks throughout shift.
• Facilitates assigned groups as necessary.
• Processes new intakes and discharging patients.
• Administers and records vital signs; accompany patients to offsite events and appointments.
