Premier Executive Search is partnering with a well-established real estate organization in Wilmington, Delaware, to identify a Residential Asset Manager who will oversee a multifamily portfolio and partner with property operations to drive NOI and performance.

The role requires onsite work in Wilmington five days per week, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis, budgeting, and collaboration with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Direct professional experience in residential/multifamily asset management is required.
• Experience managing a portfolio of multifamily properties.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Wilmington, DE.
• Must work onsite in Wilmington five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of multifamily residential properties.
• Partner closely with property management and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve asset performance.
• Review monthly financial statements, operating budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• Analyze occupancy, rental rates, leasing trends, concessions, retention, collections and expenses.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and maximize NOI.
• Monitor capital expenditures, renovations, and value-add initiatives.
• Understand local market conditions and competitive properties impacts.
