Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or related fields.
• Experience managing diversified portfolios (multifamily, office, industrial, retail).
• Strong financial and analytical skills (budgets, forecasts, ROI, performance metrics).
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or Business; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall asset management strategy across multifamily assets.
• Identify value-creation opportunities, market trends, and potential acquisition strategies.
• Drive asset performance to meet or exceed return, NOI, and long-term value targets.
• Oversee day-to-day asset management activities across the portfolio.
• Partner with property management teams to drive operational efficiencies and improve tenant experience.
• Guide leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and rental performance.
• Oversee capital projects, renovations, and value-add initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all assets; prepare quarterly and annual asset management reports.
• Develop and manage annual business plans for each asset.
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership and investors on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and market risks; ensure compliance with standards.

As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a Residential Asset Manager to take ownership of portfolio strategy, performance, and value creation across our assets. This is a senior leadership role with meaningful influence on investment outcomes, operations, and portfolio growth.

What You’ll Do

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications such as CPM, CCIM, or similar are a plus
