Job summary

Studio Casa Vita LLC seeks a skilled residential architect to transform ideas into buildable designs, from concept through detailed drawings. You’ll create high-quality plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings, produce precise AutoCAD drawings, and support permitting and construction documentation while collaborating closely with our design team, builders, and clients.

Job description

You’ll transform ideas into thoughtful, refined, and buildable residential designs—from concept through detailed architectural drawings.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Creating high-quality residential plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings
• Producing precise drawings using AutoCAD
• Translating design concepts into functional, beautiful spaces
• Supporting permitting and construction documentation
• Collaborating closely with our design team, builders, and clients
• Managing multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

• Strong AutoCAD experience
• Residential architectural drafting/design experience
• Understanding of residential construction and detailing
• Exceptional attention to detail and design sensibility
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Design, or a related field

OR

• 5+ years of professional residential architectural drafting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
