The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a District Manager in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on growing district profitability, leading field teams, and enforcing company policies while delivering outstanding tree care services to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include directing crews, expanding the customer base, and developing annual plant health care programs. Local knowledge and strong leadership are essential for success in this on-site, growth-focused position.

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist is required.
• Five years of related industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge.
• Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized.
• Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management, and industry approved tree care practices.
• Preferred: pesticide licenses/certifications as required by state law.
• Preferred: 2- or 4-year degree in a green industry.

Job Duties

• Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
• Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Set up, supervise, and train crew members, sales team, and office staff.
• As District Manager you give direction to the team.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Required: ISA Certified Arborist®
