Concraft is seeking a skilled Carpenter for full-time, year-round employment in Auburn Hills, MI.

Responsibilities
- Protect trim, floors, fixtures, and furniture from paint using drop cloths and covers
- Use a paint sprayer when the job requires it
- Maintain a neat and tidy work area
- Document your work daily in our software app on your phone
- Communication professionally with the Project Managers
- Mix paint or stains to customer’s specification
- Protect trim, floors, fixtures, and furniture from paint using drop cloths and covers
- Treat painted surfaces with primer or sealer
- Tidy the work area once the painting project is complete
- Erect scaffolding when required
Qualifications
- Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position
- Experience with painting tools and techniques is required
- Experience with a paint sprayer
- Must pass a drug screening
- Climb ladders
- Work on scaffolding
- Preference for candidates with 2+ years work experience and completed apprenticeship, but not required
- Should have general knowledge of painting techniques and tools, but we are willing to provide training
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Applicant must have valid driver’s license
- Stamina, standing for long periods of time, dexterity, and physical strength is required
Compensation
$38,000 - $52,000 yearly
