Project Chesapeake seeks a full-time Residential Aide to support clients in a behavioral health setting in Pasadena, MD. You will monitor all clients during your shift, conduct rounds, and help ensure the daily program and schedule are followed.

The role involves assisting with intakes, documenting changes, supervising medications, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant boundaries. Overnight and weekend shifts are included with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Experience in behavioral health or addiction support.
• Willingness to learn ASAM criteria and stages of change.
• Ability to observe, document, and inform others of changes in clients.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor all clients during assigned shift.
• Conduct regular rounds around the property.
• Ensure the daily program/schedule is followed.
• Assist with new intakes, complete room searches, monitor mealtimes.
• Observe and document medication administration or refusals.
• Monitor and observe supervised urinalysis as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, staff and supervisors.
• Keep staff informed of clients' challenges or behavioral issues.
• Provide accurate information during shift changes via written and verbal communication.
• Attend team meetings and adapt to schedule changes.
