Delta-T Group Hartford, Inc. is seeking Residential Aide contractors to support clients in Danbury, CT and surrounding areas. Shifts are available with pay between $18/hr and $25+/hr, commensurate with experience.

Opportunities include Direct Support, Shelters, PCA, Residential Aide, and Day program roles. This role involves direct client care, transportation assistance, and adherence to the agency’s care standards. Flexible scheduling and year-round opportunities are available.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CPR card required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be willing to drive.
• One year of relevant experience required.

Mansioni

• Design activities to foster each individual's growth.
• Deliver care in a climate of normalization, caring, and concern.
• Participate in the house behavior modification system.
• Assist with transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
• Provide direct care for assigned clients.

Conoscenze
