Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Residential Aides in Litchfield, CT & surrounding areas to provide direct care. Shifts are available with pay ranging from $18 to $25+ per hour for experienced aides. Positions are contract-based (1099) with weekly pay and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, transporting clients as needed, and participating in behavior modification programs while ensuring a supportive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be willing to drive.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Valid CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
• Care delivered in a climate of normalization, caring, and concern.
• Participate in the house behavior modification system.
• Assist with the transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
• Full direct care is to be assumed for any client.
