Job summary

Delta-T Group Hartford, Inc. is actively seeking Residential Aides to provide direct care in Orange, CT and surrounding areas. Shifts are available with hourly rates from $18 to $20+ based on experience.

This opportunity is offered as an independent contractor arrangement (1099). Candidates must have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and CPR certification, plus at least one year of relevant experience.

• Must have a valid Driver's License and be willing to drive.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Valid CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
• Deliver all care and services in a climate of normalization, caring, and concern.
• Participate in the house behavior modification system.
• Assist with transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
• Full direct care is to be assumed for any client.
