Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking Residential Aide/Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with mental health needs in Passaic County, NJ. The role requires weekend and weekday coverage with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm option in Passaic County.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass background checks.
• CPR/FA, TB/Physical, and Medication Training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement programs in communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with independent living skills and activities of daily living.
• Accompany participants to community activities and maintain home cleanliness.
