Eihab Human Services in Bergen County is seeking compassionate Part Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide on-site behavioral health care in a residential setting. The DSP will support daily living skills, personal care, and community activities to help individuals gain independence.

The role involves medication administration, documentation, and advocacy for residents and families, with weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care
• Administer medication and document services
• Support medical appointment and community recreational activities
• Maintain a safe, structured, home-like environment
• Maintain documentation on significant behavioral changes and notable incidents
• Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards
