Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks Residential Aides to support adults with mental health needs in Burlington County, NJ. You will assist with daily living activities, accompany participants to community activities, and implement programs to improve quality of life.

Shifts vary across Sundays to Saturdays; compensation is $22/hr. A valid driver’s license, background checks, CDS requirements, and references are required to start.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5 points or less.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Two weeks of training, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• QuantiFERON test or chest X-ray required.
• Resume submitted.
• Two supervisor references required.
• Additional CDS required prior to start.
• Comfortable working in behavior settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to enhance individuals' quality of life.

• " Sun, Tue & Wed 7am-3pm; Mon 7am-9pm
• " Mon, Thu & Fri 7am-3pm; Sat 7am-9pm
• " Fri & Sat 7am-11pm
• " Mon-Wed 3pm-10pm; Sun 7am-9pm
• " Thu & Fri 3pm-11pm; Sat 7am-11pm in Mount Laurel Township, NJ 08054

Compensation: $22/hr

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
