Delta-T Group Hartford, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide services for clients in Windsor, CT and surrounding areas. Shifts are available with rate $18.25–$20+/hr, commensurate with experience. Opportunities include Direct Support, Shelters, PCA, Residential Aid, and Day program workers.

Compensation is paid weekly and schedules can be adjusted to fit your availability. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role with multiple year-round opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be willing to drive.
• One year of relevant experience is required.
• Valid CPR card is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure activities foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
• Deliver care in a climate of normalization, caring, and concern.
• Participate in the house behavior modification system.
• Assist with transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
• Provide full direct care as needed.
