Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise 35 to 45 youth (ages 17-21) in the Oklahoma Job Challenger Program (Sooner Job Challenge Program).
• Maintain accountability of assigned platoon at all times and ensure discipline, security and safety in a quasi-military setting.
• Mentor cadets and serve as the primary instructor in Drill and Ceremony and group living skills.
• Direct and participate in physical training and provide transportation for Associates.
• Maintain supporting documentation and evaluations for those assigned Associates.
