Adams and Associates, Inc. in Mississippi is seeking an overnight dorm supervisor for the Job Corps program. You will guide students toward positive attitudes and behaviors while ensuring safety in the dormitory environment.
The role requires a high school diploma (advanced degrees preferred) and at least one year of Job Corps or related program experience. A valid in-state driver's license is preferred, and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required as part of daily duties.
Responsible for providing proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the Job Corps program.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred. A minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required. A valid in-State Driver's License preferred. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
This is an overnight schedule. 11:30 PM-8:30 AM.
