About this Position
The Residential Advisor - 2nd Shift at the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind (VSDB) is to provide for the comprehensive care and management of sensory-impaired children and provide a nurturing and learning residential environment.
The Residential Advisor - 2nd Shift at VSDB will assist in the provision of essential services for children with deafness, blindness or sensory-impaired multiple disabilities by providing quality day and residential instructional programs to children referred by local school divisions and by serving as a resource for children with similar disabilities educated throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Physical requirements:
Valid Virginia Driver’s license with driving record that reflects sense of responsibility for highway and passenger safety.
